Karli Wallace Thompson (she/her)

Karli has been amplifying the voices and vision of grassroots Christians at Faithful America since 2021. In her role as Campaigns Director, she manages the organization's digital communications program and our growing efforts to bring social-justice Christians together in their local communities to create meaningful change.

Before coming to Faithful America, Karli worked in digital and community organizing in various progressive spaces including Democracy for America, MoveOn, and numerous political campaigns. As an "exvangelical" who was raised in right-wing churches, she is intimately familiar with the threat Christian nationalism poses -- and she's grateful to have found a Christian community dedicated to countering it with love, joy, and passion.

Karli lives in rural western Wisconsin with her partner and an ever-growing family of dogs, cats, and chickens. When she's not working, you can often find her outside in her garden, hiking along the Red Cedar River, reading, or catching a Milwaukee Brewers game.
